Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order and provide details of the damage, including photographs if possible.

Processing Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment in 5-7 working days after approval. This is applicable for both Indian and International Purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that are not damaged or defective upon arrival are not eligible for refunds.
- Any claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be entertained.
